叶天士“浊邪害清”理论探蕴

Study on the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory of YE Tian-shi

通过梳理“浊邪害清”理论的渊源与形成,探析叶天士对“浊邪害清”理论的继承与发展,文章指出《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》为“浊邪害清”理论奠定了病因病机、发病认识的基础;其他医家论述湿痰化热生风而蒙蔽清窍、清浊失位倒置则神明壅闭、浊邪失于所降以上干清阳等认识,启发叶天士对于“浊邪害清”理论的认识与临床运用。基于《温热论》原文并结合叶天士其他著述,探析并拓展“浊邪害清”原义,从而全面揭示“浊邪害清”的病因、病机与治法方药,以期厘清“浊邪害清”理论体系,为临床辨治耳、目、鼻、咽以及神志异常等清窍疾病提供借鉴,并为进一步的相关机制研究奠定理论基础。

Through combing the origin and formation of the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory to study YE Tian-shi’s inheritance and development of the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory. It is pointed out that Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Zabing Lun have laid the foundation for the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory in etiology, pathogenesis and pathogenesis.Other doctors discussed that the stagnation of damp-phlegm could transform heat and produce wind which blind Qing-qiao, the reversed position of clearing qi and turbid evil could block the mind, Zhuo-xie can not decline normally could disturb Qing-yang,and so on. All of which enlighten YE Tian-shi’s understanding and clinical application of the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’theory. Based on the original text of Wenre Lun and combined with YE Tian-shi’s other works, to explore and expand the original meaning of the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory, so as to fully reveal the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescriptions of the ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’ theory, and clarify YE Tian-shi’s theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of ‘Zhuo-xie invading Qing-qiao’, which can provide reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of clear orifices diseases, such as ears, eyes, noses, pharynx and abnormal consciousness, and lay theoretical foundation for further research on related mechanisms.
