从“白马非马”浅析叶天士的卫分证非表证

卫气营血辨证是由温病学家叶天士创立用于辨治外感热病的主要辨证体系之一,临床亦可在内伤杂病中拓展运用。相对于气营血分证均属里证而言,卫分证虽见于外感热病初起阶段,但是否是表证仍然界定不清,以致因失治误治而变坏证的情况不胜枚举。针对卫分证研究的误区,从哲学角度围绕“卫气循行”“卫分证非表证”类似“白马非马”,卫分证的“病理实质”类似“白马是马”。探讨卫分证和表证的区别与联系,以期明确两者的界限,为临床治疗提供理论依据。

Discuss the difference and connection between the Weifen syndrome and the interal syndrome, in order to clarify the boundary between the two, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
