“押手”:针刺临床操作的“总指挥”

‘Pressing hand’: ‘The commander’ in acupuncture clinical operation

为探索押手在针刺临床治疗中的作用,在前人文献基础上,文章通过文献学习与临床实践相结合,整理并总结了押手在针灸治疗的针刺前、进针、行针、出针善后4个阶段的作用,补充了押手在行针过程中参与控制针感、针灸补泻、评估针后反应等方面的重要作用,发现押手不仅是从属于刺手的辅助工具,更是针刺治疗临床操作中的“总指挥”,在针灸治疗过程中参与了全程,起到了指挥监督的作用,是提高临床疗效、保障安全的重要因素。

To explore the role of pressing hand in the clinical treatment of acupuncture. Based on previous literature, the article, through the combination of literature study and clinical practice, sorts out and summarizes the role of pressing hand in the four stages of acupuncture treatment: pre-acupuncture, inserting acupuncture, manipulating acupuncture, and after acupuncture.It supplements the important role of the acupuncture hand in controlling the feeling of acupuncture, reinforcing and reducing acupuncture, and evaluating the post-acupuncture reaction during the acupuncture process. It is found that acupuncture is not only an auxiliary tool subordinate to the stab, but also the ‘commander-in-chief’ in the clinical operation of acupuncture. Pressing hand participated in the whole process of acupuncture and moxibustion, played the role of command and supervision, and was an important factor to improve clinical efficacy and ensure safety.
