摘要
目的:建立一测多评法(QAMS)同时测定花椒中α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、桉油精、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、β-石竹烯的含量,探究其在花椒质量评价中的可行性。方法:采用气相色谱法,以柠檬烯为内参物,建立其与α-蒎烯、桉油精、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、β-石竹烯的相对校正因子,同时采用内标法(ISM)和一测多评法测定6种成分的含量并进行比较,验证一测多评法在花椒质量评价的准确性和可行性。结果:具有良好的仪器精密度、重复性和稳定性,各挥发性成分在线性范围内(R≥0.999)线性关系好,6种挥发性成分平均回收率介于98.60%~102.12%(RSD<2%,n=6),与内标法相比,均无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:所建立的一测多评法操作简单、重复性好,可为花椒的质量评价提供参考。
In this study we established a method for the simultaneous determination ofα-pinene,limonene,eucalyptol,linalool,linalyl acetate,andβ-caryophyllene in Zanthoxylum bungeanum by QAMS,and explored the feasibility of QAMS in the quality evaluation of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.GC was adopted,limonene was used as the internal reference,and its relative correction factors with the other five volatile components were obtained.The internal standard method(ISM)and QAMS were used to determine the content of the six components,and their results were compared to verify the accuracy and feasibility of QAMS in the quality evaluation of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.The results showed that QAMS had good precision,repeatability and stability,the volatile components had good linear relationship within the linear ranges(R≥0.999),the average recovery rate of the six volatile components was between 98.60%and 102.12%(RSD<2%,n=6),and there was no significant difference compared with ISM(p>0.05).The established QAMS method is simple to operate,has good repeatability,and can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.
