山东省国产与进口大型医用设备售后服务情况调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Domestic and Imported Large Medical Equipment After-Sales Service in Shandong Province

目的从医疗设备售后服务的角度为推进医疗设备国产化提供相关数据指导。方法以山东省各医疗机构为调研对象,通过调查问卷的发放与回收获得数据,并进行数据分析与对比,对国产与进口大型医疗设备(CT、磁共振、直线加速器)的维修和保养方式、保养和质检频次、维修次数、故障次数、停机时间、满意度等进行对比分析。结果共获得有效数据1701条。数据分析结果显示,山东省超过50%的医疗机构选择厂家全包的方式进行国产与进口医疗设备的维修和保养,应用最多的保养和质检频次分别以季度和年为单位进行。整体来看,国产大型医疗设备的年均维修次数、年均故障次数均明显少于进口设备,停机时间也短于进口设备。国产设备的可靠性、技术、售后服务、价格等的满意度也明显高于进口设备。结论从调研结果看,国产大型医疗设备在年均维修次数、故障次数等售后服务方面已经赶超进口医疗设备,大型医疗设备国产替代进口指日可待。

Objective To provide relevant data guidance for promoting the localization of medical equipment from the perspective of after-sales service of medical equipment.Methods Taking medical institutions in Shandong province as the research object,the data were obtained through the distribution and recovery of questionnaires,and the data were analyzed and compared.The repair and maintenance mode,frequency of maintenance and quality inspection,number of maintenance,number of failure,downtime and satisfaction of domestic and imported large-scale equipment(CT,MRI,linear accelerator)were compared and analyzed.Results A total of 1701 valid data were obtained in this study.The results of data analysis showed that more than 50%of the medical institutions in Shandong province chose the manufacturer’s all-inclusive way for the repair and maintenance of domestic and imported medical equipment.The frequency of maintenance and quality inspections was mainly quarterly and annually.Overall,the average annual number of maintenance and failure of domestic large medical equipment was significantly less than that of imported equipment,and the downtime was shorter than that of imported equipment.The satisfaction of reliability,technology,after-sales service,price and other aspects of domestic equipment were significantly higher than that of imported equipment.Conclusion According to the survey results,domestic large medical equipment has surpassed imported medical equipment in terms of after-sales service,such as average number of maintenance and failure times,and domestic replacement of imported large medical equipment is just around the corner.
