摘要
直流低压保持四通阀高电压启动、低电压维持运行,在制热模式稳定运行时可有效降低电能消耗。本文着重分析直流低压保持四通阀控制保护电路设计、器件选择,并通过试验验证得出直流低压保持四通阀可靠应用的相关结论。同时,提出依据流过直流低压保持四通阀的电流值设置高电压启动时间,避免直流低压保持四通阀换向异常。
DC low-voltage maintains the high-pressure start of the four-way valve,and the low pressure is maintained.When the heating mode is stable,the power consumption can be effectively reduced.This article focuses on the study of the control of the four-way valve control from DC low-pressure and verification through experiments.At the same time,it is proposed to set the high-voltage start time of the current value of the DC low pressure to maintain the current value of the four-pass valve to avoid the DC low pressure maintaining the four-pass valve to replace the abnormal direction.
