螺钉作为空调制造业常规物料,使用范围广、用量大,由于其质量一致性较差混入的不良品将直接影响装配效率和产品质量。本文主要介绍了一种螺钉自动分选的解决方案,该方案通过视觉检测和对机械结构的优化成功实现对螺钉进行大批量、快速的筛选,保证了螺钉的良品率,提高了装配效率和产品质量。

Screw,as a conventional material in air conditioning manufacturing industry,is widely used.Because of its poor quality consistency,mixed with defective products will directly affect assembly efficiency and product quality.This paper mainly introduces a solution of automatic screw sorting,which successfully realizes mass and rapid screw screening through visual inspection and optimization of mechanical structure,ensuring the screw yield,improving assembly efficiency and product quality.
