智能门锁回力模块可靠性技术研究

Research on Reliability Technology of Intelligent Door Lock Return Module

随着智能门锁在市场的应用日益广泛,智能门锁可靠性和安全性至关重要。而回力模块是控制门锁开锁、关门的重要器件之一。本文结合对外把手回力模块功能失效的故障件进行失效分析和故障复现进一步确定其失效模式;并通过头脑风暴及实验验证,研究一种回力模块新型结构及开发寿命检测工装用于测试和预防。

With the increasing application of intelligent door locks in the market,the reliability and security of intelligent door locks are very important.The return module is one of the important components to control the lock opening and closing.In this paper,failure analysis and failure recurrence are carried out to further determine the failure mode of the faulty parts with the failure of the external handle return force module.Through brainstorming and experimental verification,a new structure of the return force module and the development of life detection tools for testing and prevention are studied.
