空调附件双物料自动拾取装配技术研究与应用

摘要 现阶段,传统工厂需要的人力资源紧张,专业性、自动化需求普遍,迫切需要装配岗位工序合并及采用自动化方式组织生产。而在空调及家用电器会用到大量的小件物料,需要建立可控的来料自检互检机制,达到来料100%合格,并设计合理容量的料仓,振动盘出料机构及工装夹具装置,保证装配节拍符合生产效率目标,同步开发振动盘顺序排列技术,视觉定位技术,最终实现双物料的拾取及装配。 At this stage,the human resources need to be needed by traditional factories,and the needs of professionalism and automation are common.It is urgent to consolidate the combination of jobs and organize production by automation.In the air conditioner and household appliances,a large amount of small materials will be used,and the controllable self-inspection and mutual inspection mechanism needs to be established to achieve 100%qualifying and design a reasonable capacity warehouse.The fixture device ensures that the assembly beats meet the production efficiency goals,and simultaneously develop the sequence of vibration disk arrangement technologies,visual positioning technology,and finally realize the pickup and assembly of dual materials.
