摘要
空调器常采用管固定块与线扎组合的方式对管路进行固定,以降低运行过程中管路应力。该方式装配效率低、线扎松紧度靠手工控制,长期运行管固定块易移位、导致应力超标。本文通过失效模式分析结合三维仿真,开发新型管夹组件替代传统管固定块与线扎组合方式,实现快速装配,提高装配及质量可靠性。
The air-conditioner often uses a combination of tube fixing blocks and linea to fix the pipeline to reduce the stress of the pipeline during the operation.This method has low assembly efficiency,and the tightness of the line is controlled by manual control.Long-term running fixed block is easy to shift,resulting in exceeding the stress.This article analyzes the three-dimensional simulation of the failure mode,and develops a new type of tube clamping components to replace the traditional pipe fixed block and line-tab combination method to achieve fast assembly and improve assembly and quality reliability.
