摘要
具有干储功能电冰箱的出现有效解决了家庭生活中一些特殊食材低温低湿存储需求的问题。其干储功能的实现主要基于除湿技术与产品设计的有效结合,良好的性能可靠性更有利于保持存储过程中食材的稳定性,因此提升干储性能可靠性是冰箱干储技术升级的方向。本文将从干区结构设计、外界环境因素、消费者使用习惯三个维度对冰箱干储性能的可靠性进行研究分析,提出提升干储性能可靠性的优化方案并验证方案可靠性。
The emergence of refrigerators with dry storage function has effectively solved the problem of low temperature and low humidity storage demand of some special ingredients in family life.The realization of its dry storage function is mainly based on the effective combination of dehumidification technology and product design,and good performance reliability is more conducive to maintaining the stability of ingredients in the storage process,so improving the reliability of dry storage performance is the direction of upgrading refrigerator dry storage technology.In this paper,the reliability of dry storage performance of refrigerator will be studied and analyzed from three dimensions:dry zone structure design,external environmental factors and consumer usage habits,and the optimization scheme to improve the reliability of dry storage performance is put forward and the reliability of the scheme is verified.
