旋转插头设计验证及可靠性研究

摘要 该项目深入研究了关于美标旋转插头的整体可靠性设计结构布局,通过多种设计方案验证,实现内部相关件的精准组合且使旋转插头在插入插座时,实现360°自由旋转,当然实现这一精准组合不仅在结构上面做到完美配合连接,同时在内部相关核心连接件的材质、变形量、韧性、摩擦力、摩擦系数等方面进行全面深入研究与考量,本项目设计旋转插头基本工作原理为:通过内部导电环与插销进行一体化注塑成型连接—由支撑架做固定—弹簧直接固定在下盖—弹簧装于凹形状接触端子内作为弹簧导向—凹型接触端子支撑架固定导向—上下盖组装完成后—弹簧自身发挥弹力作用使凹行接触端子与导电环接触—最终使电源线与插销连接导通实现360°自由可靠旋转;使其做到不但在外形结构上面做到完美,更多在使用应用层面得到更好,更舒适的用户体验感。 This project in-depth studied the overall reliability and design structure of the US rotation plug.Through the verification of a variety design solution and combined of internal relevant parts which realized the 360°free rotation when the plug inserting into the socket-outlet.Of course,the precise combination can not only achieved by perfect coordination and connection,also through the comprehensive research and consideration on the material,deformation,flexibility,force of friction and friction factor of the critical inside connection parts.The basic working principle of this project as follows:Integration of injection molding through internal conductive ring and pin connection—Fixed by support part—Spring fixed on the bottom enclosure—Spring assembled on the concave shape contact terminal as the spring orientation—The concave contact terminal support as fix guiding—Top and bottom enclosure assembly is completed—Spring itself play a bounce make a the connection of the terminal and the contact ring—Finally,the cable connected to the pin and realized the free and reliable 360°rotation of the plug.Make it not only achieved the perfect appearance and gave the customer more comfortable using experience and more application scenario.
