摘要 冰箱调控功能实现中,按键作为重要的人机交互中的一项,其输入功能需要具有高可靠性、强灵敏性等性能,电容式触摸按键作为现有大多冰箱采用实施方案中的一种,需要平衡其抗干扰性与灵敏性。在日常检测与整改中主要通过硬件即减小基电容与使用磁环磁珠等来实现。文章主要通过介绍箱显示板电容式触摸按键工作原理和冰箱显示板在电磁兼容测试中发现的CS问题,分析如何在保证灵敏度的情况下提高可靠性及对应方案、针对复杂环境下的可靠性分析。 In the implementation of the refrigerator regulation function,as an important humancomputer interaction,the input function needs to have high reliability,strong sensitivity and other performance.As one of the existing implementation plans of most refrigerators,the capacitive touch buttons need to balance their anti-regulation function,as an important human-computer interaction,the input function needs to have high reliability,strong sensitivity and other performance.As one of the existing implementation plans of most existing refrigerators,the capacitive touch buttons need to balance their anti-interference and sensitivity.In daily detection and rectification,it is mainly achieved through hardware,that is,reducing the base capacitance and using magnetic ring magnetic beads.This article mainly introduces the working principle of the capacitive touch button of the box display board and the CS problem found in the electromagnetic compatibility test of the refrigerator display board,analyzes how to improve reliability and corresponding solutions while ensuring sensitivity,and analyzes reliability in complex environments.
