考虑环境因素的配网线路不停电设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济社会的不断发展,电力的持续、可靠供应日益重要,配网不停电作业日渐成为提高供电可靠性和减少停电时间的必然选择。因此,本文提出考虑环境因素的配网线路不停电设计研究,首先,简述配网不停电作业的研究现状;其次,分析配网不停电作业方法,在考虑环境因素等约束条件的基础上,提出配网线路的不停电设计,通过合理的选择设置联络开关的位置,则合环冲击不会影响电网运行;当故障发生或更换设备时,先闭合联络开关再断开故障或设备更换部分,使得整个故障检修或设备更换过程不停电进行,提高供电可靠性;最后,通过算例验证了可行性,对配网不停电作业的推广具有参考意义。 As is the quick development of society,the continuous and reliable power supply is becoming more and more important.The uninterrupted operation of distribution network has become an inevitable choice to improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the outage time.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research on the design of distribution line without power outage considering environmental factors.Firstly,the research status of distribution line without power outage is briefly described;Secondly,the method of uninterruptible operation of distribution network is analyzed.On the basis of considering the constraints such as environmental factors,the uninterruptible design of distribution lines is proposed.Through reasonable selection and setting of the position of the interconnection switch,the loop closing impact will not affect the operation of the power grid.When a fault occurs or equipment is replaced,the interconnection switch is closed first and then the fault or equipment replacement part is disconnected,so that the whole process of fault maintenance or equipment replacement can be carried out without power failure,and it improves the reliability of power supply;Finally,the feasibility is verified by an example,which has reference significance for the promotion of distribution network uninterruptible operation.
