摘要
“双一流”建设是我国高等教育领域的重大决策,成效的评价问题是“双一流”建设的重要环节。结合“双一流”建设相关制度及理论与“双一流”建设工作开展情况,从“双一流”建设成效评价机制的主体、对象、内容、方式、结果运用等方面入手,重点关注“双一流”建设成效评价机制的设计和运行,并紧跟“双一流”建设实践,从整体上对“双一流”建设成效评价机制展开针对性研究。
“Double first-class”construction is a major decision in the field of higher education in China,and the evaluation of effectiveness is an important link in the construction of“double first-class”.Combined with the related polices and theories of the“double first-class”construction and the development of the“double first-class”construction,this study focuses on the design and operation of the“double first-class”construction effectiveness evaluation mechanism from the aspects of the subject,the object,the content,the method,and the result application of the“double first-class”construction effectiveness evaluation mechanism,and closely follows the“double first-class”construction practice to carry out targeted research on the effectiveness evaluation mechanism of“double first-class”construction.
