基于“三全育人”理念的导师思想政治教育模式——高校研究生专业思政教育建设探索

Education Mode of“Curriculum Ideological and Political Education”for Tutors Based on the Concept of“Three-whole Education”:Exploration of the Construction of Professional Ideological and Political Education for Graduate Students in Colleges and Universities

研究生教育是高等教育人才培养的最高层次,是中国特色社会主义现代化建设拔尖创新人才培养的重要渠道。研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要组成部分之一。依据“三全育人”理念,研究导师在研究生学习的多个关键环节中的思想政治引导作用,包括导师思想政治教育的方式、接触时机、主要任务等。通过设计系统化的研究生专业思政教育模式,构建具有示范效应的科学研究与思想政治教育同行的双线并行研究生培养范式,给出研究生导师的专业思政教育体系,实现研究生科研、思政双收获的教学目的。

Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education talent training and an essential channel for cultivating top-notch innovative talents in China’s socialist modernization construction.Therefore,the ideological and political education for postgraduates is one of the crucial components of postgraduate education.Based on the concept of“three-whole education”,this paper discusses the tutors’role of ideological and political guidance in multiple vital links of postgraduate study,including the educational method,the contact time,and the main tasks of tutors’ideological and political education.A systematic postgraduate professional ideological and political education model is designed to build a dual-line parallel postgraduate training paradigm of“scientific research and ideological and political education going hand-in-hand”,which has a demonstration effect.This paper also provides a professional ideological and political education system for graduate tutors,through which the teaching purpose of graduate scientific research and ideological and political education can be realized.
