摘要
在大量调研前人研究成果的基础上,对通过实验确定配方的SY型清洁压裂液从耐温性能、抗剪切性能、悬砂性能、破胶性能及破胶后残渣含量五个方面对该清洁压裂液的性能进行综合评价。详细阐明了每个性能的实验方法及具体步骤,并对实验结果进行分析研究。确定SY型清洁压裂液具有较强的耐温耐剪切能力、优异的悬砂性能、较好的破胶性能以及破胶后无残渣,认为SY型清洁压裂液具有较高的推广使用价值。
Based on the large number of research results of predecessors,SY clean fracturing fluid with the formula determined by experiment was comprehensively evaluated from five aspects of temperature resistance,shear resistance,sand suspension,gel breaking and residue content after gel breaking.The experimental methods and specific steps of each performance were explained in detail,and the experimental results were analyzed and studied.It was determined that SY type clean fracturing fluid had strong temperature resistance and shear resistance,excellent sand suspension performance,good gel breaking performance and no residue after gel breaking.It was considered that SY type clean fracturing fluid had a high promotion and use value.
