基于Aspen plus餐厨垃圾RDF的热解气化模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为餐厨垃圾衍生物(RDF)热解工艺设计提供基础数据,采用Aspen Plus软件模拟不同温度(T)、气化比(ER)等因素对RDF热解的影响。结果表明,T=800~850℃,ER(空气)=0.2~0.3,每公斤RDF热解形成的可燃气产量为0.78~0.91Nm^(3),热值为5.43~7.22MJ·kg^(-1)。可燃气中的S元素主要以H2S形式存在,NOx含量可忽略,但会产生少量NH^(3)。采用H_(2)O、N_(2)、CO_(2)作气化剂时,热解可产生分别含H_(2)、CH_(4)、CO含量最高的产品气。 The pyrolysis of refuse derived fuel(RDF)from the kitchen waste was simulated by Aspen Plus software under the condition of different pyrolysis temperature,different ratio of gasification agent(ER).The simulation results showed that the yield of combustible gas generated by pyrolysis of per kilogram of RDF was 0.78~0.91 Nm^(3)and the calorific value was 5.43~7.22 MJ·kg^(-1)as the temperature was 800~850℃and ER(Air)=0.2~0.3.Especially,S element in combustible gas mainly existed in the form of HS,and NOx content could be ignored,but a small amount of NH^(3)was produced.Finally,the gas with the highest content of H_(2),CH_(4)and CO could be produced respectively when using H_(2)O,N_(2)and CO_(2)as gasification agents respectively.
