新氢压缩机级间冷却器腐蚀原因分析及改善措施

摘要 某装置新氢压缩机组级间冷却器投用后频繁腐蚀内漏。结合设备运行参数,利用HTRI模拟软件对该冷却器进行了模拟核算,认为循环水流速较低导致循环水侧结垢是冷却器腐蚀泄漏的主要原因。此外对级间冷却器循环水样和腐蚀产物进行了分析,发现循环水Cl-含量偏高以及腐蚀主产物铁锈沉积是导致冷却器垢下腐蚀穿孔的主要诱因。从工艺操作方面提出了相应的改进措施,基本上解决了该设备的腐蚀泄漏问题。 The interstage cooler of a new hydrogen compressor unit frequently corroded and leaked after being put into use.Combined with the operating parameters of the equipment,HTRI simulation software was used to simulate the calculation of the cooler,and it was found that the main reason for the corrosion leakage of the cooler was the scaling on the side of the circulating water caused by the low circulating water velocity.In addition,the circulating water samples and corrosion products of interstage coolers were analyzed,and it was found that high Cl-content in circulating water and rust deposition of corrosion products were the main causes of corrosion perforation under scale of coolers.The corresponding improvement measures were put forward from the aspect of process operation,and the corrosion leakage problem of the equipment was basically solved.
