摘要
原油长输管道近年来在我国取得巨大发展,特别是在独立炼厂分布众多的山东区域。管道输送较其他运输方式具有环境效益高、物流成本低的特点。输油工艺方案的核心是确定管道管径,通过理论分析和数值模拟软件,针对某服务地方炼厂的原油管道,进行输油管道管径比选,并对选定的管径进行了适应性分析。建议在计算过程中,尽量细化不同物性油种的管输量,避免管道输送能力与实际输量相比过大的问题。
Long-distance crude oil pipelines have developed tremendously in China in recent years,especially in Shandong,where many independent refineries are located.Compared with other modes of transportation,pipeline transportation has the characteristics of high environmental benefits and low logistics costs.The core of the oil transportation process plan is to determine the diameter of the pipeline.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation software,the diameter of the oil pipeline was compared and selected for the crude oil pipeline serving a local refinery,and the adaptability analysis of the selected diameter was carried out.It was suggested that in the calculation process,the pipeline transportation volume of oil with different physical properties should be refined as much as possible to avoid the problem that the pipeline transportation capacity was too large compared with the actual transportation volume.
