摘要
大庆炼化公司10×10^(4)kt·a^(-1)乙苯装置采用大连化物所DICP的第三代催化干气制乙苯技术,由中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司抚顺分公司设计[1]。2021年7月-9月装置两台烷基化反应器R-201A/B催化剂均出现失活现象,通过对装置工艺路线、生产负荷、原料性质、水洗系统运行等方面进行原因分析,判断得出催化剂失活的原因,并制定检修方案,最终催化剂失活问题得以解决。介绍了乙苯的生产工艺和催化剂失活原理,提出防止催化剂碱中毒的操作注意事项,以及对装置进行相应技术改造的建议措施。
10×10^(4)kt·a^(-1)ethylbenzene device of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company adopted the third generation catalytic dry gas-ethylbenzene technology of DICP,and was designed by Fushun Branch of CNPC Engineering Design Co.,Ltd.From July to September 2021,the catalysts of two alkylation reactors R-201A/B were inactivated,through analysis of process route,production load,raw material properties and operation of water-washing system,causes of catalyst deactivation were figured out,and maintenance schemes were formulated,the problems of catalyst deactivation was finally solved.In this paper,the process of ethylbenzene production and the principle of catalyst deactivation were introduced,precautions for preventing the alkali poisoning of catalyst were put forward,as well as recommended measures of device technical transformation.
