聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜的漆酶固定化及其应用研究进展

摘要 由于固定态漆酶的形态和性能均高于游离态漆酶,酶固定化技术也备受瞩目。近十年来,鲜有文献对漆酶的固定化进行全面的介绍。首先从漆酶种类、来源、氧化机制等方面对漆酶做了简要的介绍。然后从成膜前、后两方面系统地介绍了漆酶的膜固定化方法,并分析了几种固定方法的优缺点,同时对提高漆酶在高温下的存活率及热稳定性的方法进行了总结。最后介绍了漆酶固定化聚偏乙烯膜在水处理中的应用。 Because the morphology and performance of fixed-state laccase are higher than that of free-state laccase,enzyme immobilization technology has also attracted much attention.In the past ten years,there has been little literature on the immobilization of laccase.In this paper,a brief introduction to laccase was given from laccase type,source,oxidation mechanism.Then the membrane immobilization method of laccase was introduced systematically from the membrane front and back two aspects.The advantages and disadvantages of several fixed methods were analyzed and compared.At the same time,the methods to improve the survival rate and thermal stability of laccase at high temperatures were summarized.Finally,application of laccasein immobilized polyvinylidene fluoride membrane in water treatment was introduced.
