摘要
煤层气(又称瓦斯)是伴生于煤层中的清洁气体能源,其有效成分是CH_(4),此外还含有大量的N_(2)及O_(2),热值是通用煤的2~5倍。当前煤层气提纯的主要研究方向为CH_(4)、N_(2)和O_(2)三者之间的分离,由于298 K、1 atm下CH_(4)在空气中的爆炸极限范围为5%~15%,在煤层气的提纯过程中CH_(4)含量会处于爆炸极限内,易导致爆炸事件的发生,因此脱氧对于煤层气的提纯意义重大。
Coalbed methane is a clean gas energy associated with coal seams.Its effective component is CH_(4).In addition,it also contains a large amount of N_(2) and O_(2),and its calorific value is 2~5 times that of general coal.At present,the main research direction of CBM purification is the separation of CH_(4),N_(2) and O_(2).Since the explosion limit of CH_(4) in air at 298 K and 1atm is 5%~15%,the CH_(4) content will be within the explosion limit in the process of CBM purification,which is easy to lead to explosion events.Therefore,deoxidation is of great significance for CBM purification.
