聚丙烯球形催化剂含钛废液回收技术进展

摘要 在球形催化剂工业生产过程中,产生含四氯化钛的废液,其易与空气和水反应生成具有腐蚀性的盐酸气体,对环境构成一定危害,此外四氯化钛的回收率和纯度直接影响了球形催化剂的生产成本和质量,含钛废液的回收问题已成为制约球形催化剂生产的瓶颈。简要介绍了球形催化剂发展情况和合成机理,以及两种球形催化剂工业生产过程,重点介绍了母液中四氯化钛高效回收工艺,分析其技术特点。 In the industrial production of spherical catalyst,waste liquid containing titanium tetrachloride is produced.It reacts easily with air and water to form corrosive hydrochloric acid gas,which poses certain harm to the environment.In addition,the recovery and purity of titanium tetrachloride directly affect the production cost and quality of spherical catalyst.The recovery of titanium-containing waste liquid has become a bottleneck restricting the production of spherical catalyst.In this paper,the development and synthesis mechanism of spherical catalyst and the industrial production process of two kinds of spherical catalyst were briefly introduced,the efficient recovery process of titanium tetrachloride from mother liquor was discussed,and its technical characteristics were analyzed.
