摘要
通过介绍油膜轴承润滑系统的组成及油膜轴承油的相关参数,表明了其系统功能及各参数对轴承的影响作用。并以定量供油喷嘴作为切入点,依据实验采集到的相关数据,以CFD模拟仿真作为手段,间接反映出不同工况下油膜轴承进油口内部压力的变化,便于了解油膜轴承的运行状态,对油膜轴承使用及维护具有一定的指导作用。
By introducing the composition of the oil film bearing lubrication system and the relevant parameters of the oil film bearing oil,the system function and the influence of each parameter on the bearing are shown.Taking the quantitative oil supply nozzle as the entry point,according to the relevant data collected from the experiment,and using CFD simulation as a means,it indirectly reflects the change of the internal pressure of the oil film bearing oil inlet under different working conditions,and analyzes the reasons,so as to facilitate the understanding of the oil film bearing.The operating state of the oil film bearing has a certain guiding effect on the use and maintenance of the oil film bearing.
