Research on Oil Monitoring for Hot Rolling Hydraulic Equipment

用油品定期监测对于热轧液压设备的运行有着重要作用。本文从监测对象、监测周期、指标控制限等方面阐述了液压油品监测系统的搭建过程,并对各类指标的适用范围进行了说明,结合实例分析了影响油品老化的主要因素,对推进冶金设备的运行管理具有一定作用。

Regular monitoring of used oil plays an important role in the operation of hot rolling hydraulic equipment.According to practical engineering,the construction progress of oil monitoring system was expounded in this paper,from several aspects such as the selection of monitoring objects,the determination of monitoring cycle,the threshold values of parameters,and so on.Furthermore,the range of various indicators was also described.Meanwhile,Conforming to actual examples,the determination method of threshold value for used oil was explained.It plays a certain role in promoting the operation and management of metallurgical equipment.
