摘要
介绍了某钢厂2500m^(3)高炉炉前KJ4000F型液压开铁口机的升级改造,通过提升凿岩机能力、增加机械定位装置、机械缓冲装置、改变控制连杆碟簧安装方式、优化斜底座、增加雾化柜辅助装置等方案,解决了原开铁口机开铁口速度慢、轨梁左右摆动、运行过程中回转机构晃动较大等问题,提升了开铁口机开口能力和整体使用性能,满足用户要求。
This paper introduces the upgrading and transformation of the KJ4000 F hydraulic taphole drill in cast house of a 2500 m^(3) blast furnace in a steel plant.By improving the capacity of the drifter,adding mechanical positioning devices,mechanical buffer devices,changing the installation method of the control rod disc spring,optimizing the inclined base and adding the auxiliary device of the purging cabinet,the problems such as taphole speed slow down,the rail beam swings from side to side and the swiveling mechanism shakes greatly during operation are all solved,which also improves the taphole capacity and overall performance of the Taphole Drill to meet user’s requirements.
