适应国内外形势新变化和实践新发展要求,奋力推进理论创新,不断开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界,是以习近平同志为代表的当代中国共产党人在坚持和发展马克思主义上作出的重大贡献,是我们党坚持科学真理、把握历史主动的根本所在。在坚持把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,不断开辟马克思主义中国化时代化新境界过程中,彰显着内涵丰富、特色鲜明的世界观和方法论,贯穿着一系列具有深邃要义和鲜明特质的根本立场和科学方法。主要体现在:坚持人民至上,站稳人民立场;坚持自信自立,勇于变革创新;坚持守正创新,把握历史主动;坚持问题导向,强化问题意识;坚持系统观念,提高整体思维;坚持胸怀天下,推进人类文明。

To adapt to domestic and international changes and meet the demands for new developments,facilitate theoretical innovation,and open new realms for the adaptation of Marxism to Chinese context and the needs of the times are important contributions of the Communist Party of China represented by Comrade Xi Jinping for upholding and advancing Marxism,which is also essential for the Party to adhere to scientific truth and lead the trend of history.In the process of combining basic principles of Marxism with actual Chinese circumstances and excellent traditional Chinese culture,and constantly opening new realms for the adaptation of Marxism to Chinese context and the needs of the times,new values and methodologies with rich connotations and distinctive features are presented with a series of fundamental stances and scientific methods,mainly manifested in:putting the people first,standing firmly for the people;maintaining self-confidence and self-reliance,being brave in change and innovation;upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,leading the trend of history;adopting a problem-oriented approach,enhancing awareness of problems;applying systems thinking,developing holistic views;and maintaining a global vision,advancing human civilization.
