益气化湿解毒汤加减方治疗脾虚湿毒蕴结型慢性宫颈炎合并人类乳头瘤病毒感染的效果

Effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated by human papillomavirus infection of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type

目的探究益气化湿解毒汤加减方治疗脾虚湿毒蕴结型慢性宫颈炎合并人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取84例脾虚湿毒蕴结型慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42例,抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗)和研究组(42例,抗HPV生物蛋白敷料+益气化湿解毒汤加减方治疗),所有患者均治疗6周,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清炎性因子水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾虚湿毒蕴结型慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者应用益气化湿解毒汤加减方治疗,临床疗效显著,可减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection due to spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type with HPV infection were selected and divided into the control group(42 cases,treated with anti-HPV biological protein dressing)and the study group(42cases,anti-HPV biological protein dressing+Treatment of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction).All patients were treated for 6 weeks,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the inflammatory factor levels was compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group;compared with before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by spleen-deficiency dampness and toxin accumulation type combined with HPV infection,Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction is applied to the treatment,and the clinical effect is significant,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction.
