宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的效用探析

Analysis of the efficacy of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of uterine submucosal fibroids

目的研究子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者予以宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果。方法选取114例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者,根据肌瘤分型分为0型组(54例)、Ⅰ型组(42例)、Ⅱ型组(18例)。所有患者均实施宫腔镜电切术治疗,其中0型应用刨根法切除,Ⅰ型应用旋切法切除,Ⅱ型应用开窗法切除。分析所有患者的治疗效果、手术指标、疼痛评分与并发症发生率。结果三组间治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、并发症总发生率经比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术是治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的良好选择之一,能在不同肌瘤分型患者的临床治疗中取得较好的临床疗效。

Objective To study the effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of patients with uterine submucosal fibroids.Methods A total of 114 patients with uterine submucosal fibroids were selected and divided into type 0 group(54 cases),typeⅠgroup(42 cases),and typeⅡgroup(18 cases)according to the type of fibroids.All patients were treated with hysteroscopic resection.Type 0 was excised by root planing,typeⅠwas excised by rotary excision,and typeⅡwas excised by fenestration.The treatment outcomes,surgical conditions,pain scores and complication rates of all patients were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,ambulation time,hospitalization time,pain score,and total incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection is one of the good choices for the treatment of uterine submucosal fibroids,and it can achieve good clinical efficacy in the clinical treatment of patients with different fibroids..
