卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素对产后出血患者出血量的影响

Effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin on bleeding volume in patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素对产后出血患者出血量的影响。方法选取产后出血患者88例作为研究对象,依照随机数字法分为研究组(44例,卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素进行治疗)和对照组(44例,缩宫素进行治疗)。比较两组患者产后不同时点出血量及止血起效时间,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果止血起效时间:与对照组(30.02±8.01)min进行比较,研究组(16.24±4.23)min相对较短;与产后30 min进行比较,产后2、24 h两组出血量均减少,且与对照组进行比较,产后30 min、2 h、24 h研究组出血量均相对较少;治疗期间,研究组总不良反应发生率9.09%低于对照组的27.27%,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素进行治疗可缩短产后出血患者的止血起效时间,减少其产后的出血量,降低其治疗期间的不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin on bleeding volume in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 88 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in the maternity department of Yibin Fifth People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the research group(44 cases treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin)and the control group(44 cases treated with oxytocin)according to the random number method.The blood volume and onset time of hemostasis at different postpartum times of patients in the two groups were compared,adverse reactions during treatment was compared.Results The onset time of hemostasis:compared with(30.02±8.01)min in the control group,and(16.24±4.23)min in the research group relatively shortened.Compared with 30 min postpartum,the amount of bleeding in the two groups reduced 2 and 24 h postpartum.Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the research group relatively was small at 30 min,2 h and 24 h postpartum.During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 9.09%,which was lower than 27.27%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin can shorten the onset time of hemostasis of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment.
