甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于妇科麻醉的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of ropivacaine mesylate in gynecological anesthesia

目的评价甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于妇科麻醉的临床效果。方法选取62例妇科手术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各31例。对照组应用盐酸罗哌卡因,研究组应用甲磺酸罗哌卡因。比较两组手术前后血流动力学指标水平、感觉、运动阻滞情况、出院后3 d生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果手术后研究组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)水平低于对照组,研究组感觉、运动起效时间短于对照组,感觉、运动阻滞时间长于对照组,出院后3 d,研究组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、健康状况评分均高于对照组,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于妇科麻醉中可以帮助维持患者的血流动力学稳定性,减少麻醉起效时间,降低不良反应发生率,提升生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ropivacaine mesylate in gynecological anesthesia.Methods 62cases of gynecological surgery patients were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each.The control group was given ropivacaine hydrochloride,and the study group was given ropivacaine mesylate.The levels of hemodynamic indexes,sensation,motor block,quality of life 3 days after discharge,and adverse reactions were compared between 2 group before and after operation.Results After surgery,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group;The sensory and motor onset time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the sensory and motor block time was longer than that of the control group.3days after discharge,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function and health status of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ropivacaine mesylate in gynecological anesthesia can help maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients,reduce the onset time of anesthesia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
