海安市2016—2020年孕产妇HBV感染情况调查和母婴阻断效果观察

Investigation on HBV infection of pregnant and lying-in women in this region from 2016 to 2020 and observation of mother-to-child blocking effect

目的分析本地区2016—2020年度孕产妇HBV感染情况及母婴阻断效果。方法选取孕产妇2563例,对其进行HBV血清学标志物检测,分析HBV感染孕妇的两对半检测结果、不同两对半检测结果组的肝功能、2016—2020年的母婴阻断效果。结果本地区HBV感染孕妇为128例(4.99%),单阳性者66例(51.56%);不同两对半检测结果组的HBV DNA载量比较,单阳性组较低(>1.0×10^(6)IU/mL);2016—2020年的孕妇HBV感染率、肝功能异常率、产科异常率和新生儿HBV感染率等指标呈逐渐下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区HBV感染孕产妇的发病率处于较低水平,HBV DNA载量是重点观察指标,科学的综合母婴阻断措施能提升产科安全和传染病防控水平。

Objective To analyze the current status of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection among pregnant and lying-in women in this region.Methods A total of 2563 pregnant and lying-in women registered were selected.The test results of two pairs of HBV-infected pregnant women,the liver function levels of different two-half test result groups,and the mother-to-child blocking effect from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed.Results There were 128 cases HBV-infected pregnant women(4.99%)in this area,and 66 cases(51.56%)were single-positive;the HBV DNA load of different two pairs and half test result groups was compared,and the single positive group was lower(>1.0×10^(6)IU/mL);from 2016 to 2020,the the HBV infection rate of pregnant women,abnormal liver function rate,obstetrics abnormal rate and neonatal HBV infection rate showed a decreasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of HBV infection among pregnant and lying-in women in this region is at a low level,and HBV DNA load is a key observation indicator.Scientific comprehensive mother-to-child blocking measures can improve obstetric safety and infectious disease prevention and control.
