黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者采用宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with submucosal uterine fibroids

目的分析宫腔镜手术对黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的整体疗效。方法选取60例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者,以治疗方法不同分为对照组(29例,腹腔镜手术)和研究组(31例,宫腔镜手术)。比较两组围术期指标、卵巢功能指标、并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、术后月经恢复周期、下床活动时间、住院天数均短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与术前比较,术后两组血清孕酮水平均升高,组间相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),血清雌激素、促卵泡生成素与黄体生成素水平手术前后组内及组间相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜手术可以改善黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的围术期指标,对卵巢功能无较大影响,减少并发症发生,安全性更高。

Objective To analyze the overall efficacy of hysteroscopic surgery for patients with submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 60 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids were selected and divided into the control group(29 cases,laparoscopic surgery)and the study group(31 cases,hysteroscopic surgery)according to different treatment methods.The perioperative indicators,ovarian function indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative menstrual recovery cycle,days of getting out of bed,and days of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with preoperative,the serum progesterone levels of the two groups increased,and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum estrogen,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery can improve the perioperative indicators of patients with submucosal uterine fibroids,has no significant impact on ovarian function,reduces complications,and with higher security.
