PERMA模式下的积极心理干预对妇科肿瘤患者心理弹性及癌症复发恐惧的影响

Influence of positive psychological intervention under PERMA model on psychological resilience and fear of cancer recurrence in gynecological cancer patients

目的探讨PERMA模式下的积极心理干预对妇科肿瘤患者心理弹性及癌症复发恐惧的影响。方法选取86例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为本研究的研究对象,并以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予常规护理及心理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上实施PERMA模式下的积极心理干预。两组患者均持续护理2个月。比较两组患者干预前后心理弹性和癌症复发恐惧水平。结果与干预前比,干预后两组患者心理弹性得分均明显上升,且观察组高与对照组;癌症复发恐惧得分均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤患者以PERMA模式下的积极心理干预能够有效提高患者的心理弹性,有助于降低其癌症复发恐惧、缓解其负面情绪,积极应对疾病。

Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention under the PERMA model on psychological resilience and fear of cancer recurrence in gynecological cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with gynecological malignant tumors were selected as the research objects of this study,and which were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and psychological intervention,while the observation group received positive psychological intervention under the PERMA model on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients continued to be nursing for 2 months.The psychological resilience and fear of cancer recurrence were compared before and after intervention in two groups of patients.Results Compared with before the intervention,the psychological resilience scores of the two groups of patients after the intervention significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the cancer recurrence fear scores significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant intervention in gynecological cancer patients with positive psychology under the PERMA model can effectively improve the patient’s psychological resilience,reduce their fear of cancer recurrence,alleviate their negative emotions,and actively cope with the disease.
