子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜下电切术治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in patients with endometrial polyps

目的分析子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜下电切术治疗的临床效果。方法选取52例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据手术方法分为对照组(26例,行传统刮宫术)和研究组(26例,行宫腔镜下子宫内膜病变电切术)。比较两组各项指标。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组;研究组总有效率高于对照组;术后研究组并发症发生率为7.69%,对照组并发症发生率为34.62%,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与术前比,术后3个月两组月经量均减少,子宫内膜厚度均降低,月经天数均缩短,且研究组月经量少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,月经天数短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术能够有效改善围术期指标,缩短月经天数、减少月经量,降低子宫内膜厚度,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 52 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into the control group(26 cases,undergo traditional curettage)and the research group(26 cases,who underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial lesions)according to the surgical method.Comparing the differences between the two groups of indicators.Results The surgery time and hospitalization time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss was less than that of the control group;the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group;after surgery,the incidence of complications in the research group was 7.69%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 34.62%,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Compared with preoperative,the menstrual flow,endometrial thickness,and menstrual days shortened in both groups 3 months after the surgery,the menstrual volume of the research group was less than that of the control group,the thickness of the endometrium was thicker than that of the control group,and the menstrual days were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic endometrial resection in patients with endometrial polyps can effectively improve perioperative indicators,shorten menstrual days,reduce menstrual volume,and reduce endometrial thickness,with significant effects.
