分层错位缝合脂肪层用于剖宫产中预防切口脂肪液化的研究

Study on the application of layered dislocation suture fat layer in the prevention of incision fat liquefaction during cesarean section

目的研究剖宫产中应用分层错位缝合脂肪层对切口脂肪液化的预防效果。方法选取66例行剖宫产的肥胖型产妇,以随机数字表法分为对照组(33例,传统全层缝合法)和研究组(33例,分层错位法),术后对两组的手术切口恢复时间、住院总时间、切口的甲级愈合率以及切口的脂肪液化发生情况进行对比。结果术后,与对照组相比,研究组的切口恢复时间、住院时间均更短,脂肪液化发生率显著更低,切口的甲级愈合率显著更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对于剖宫产产妇而言,术后采用分层错位缝合法进行脂肪层缝合可有效预防术后切口脂肪液化的发生,促进产妇的切口恢复,缩短其住院时间,安全有效。

Objective To study the preventive effect of layered dislocation suture of fat layer on incisional fat liquefaction during cesarean section.Methods A total of 66 obese puerperae who underwent cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into the control group(33 cases,traditional full-thickness suture method)and the research group(33 cases,layered dislocation method).The postoperative incision recovery time,total hospital stay,class A healing rate of the incision and the occurrence of fat liquefaction of the incision were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,compared with the control group,the incision recovery time and hospitalization time of the research group were shorter,the incidence of fat liquefaction was significantly lower,and the class A healing rate of the incision was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For cesarean section women,the use of layered dislocation suture to suture the fat layer after surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative incision fat liquefaction,promote the recovery of the incision,and shorten the hospital stay.It is safe and effective.
