乌拉地尔联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠高血压的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of urapidil combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension

目的 探讨乌拉地尔联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠高血压(PIH)的效果。方法 选取120例PIH患者为研究对象,以随机数字法分为研究组(60例,乌拉地尔联合小剂量阿司匹林)与对照组(60例,乌拉地尔)。对比两组患者各项指标。结果 研究组临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压、内皮素水平降低,且研究组低于对照组;两组一氧化氮水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组;治疗后两组活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原时间均延长,且研究组长于对照组;两组纤维蛋白原水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乌拉地尔与小剂量阿司匹林治疗PIH可控制患者血压水平,调节血管内皮及凝血功能,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of urapidil combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension(PIH). Methods A total of 120 PIH patients were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into the study group(60 cases, urapidil combined with low-dose aspirin) and the control group(60 cases, urapidil) by random number method.The indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group;after treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and endothelin in the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group;the nitric oxide levels in both groups increased, and the study group was higher than the control group;after treatment, the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in the two groups prolonged, and the study group was longer than the control group, and the fibrinogen levels in the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil and low-dose aspirin in the treatment of PIH can control blood pressure, regulate vascular endothelial and coagulation functions, with significant curative effects.
