Objective To explore the effect of stratified follow-up management on improving nursing quality in patients with assisted reproductive infertility. Methods 89 cases of infertile patients admitted to our hospital were selected for study and were treated with assisted reproductive technology, according to random number table method they were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases) and the observation group(45 cases), the control group received routine follow-up management, the observation group received stratified follow-up management, the post-nursing follow-up, pregnancy rate, delivery rate and nursing quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The number of SMS, WeChat follow-up, telephone followup and home visit visits in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;in terms of pregnancy rate and delivery rate, the pregnancy rate(91.11%) and delivery rate(77.78%) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(75.00%) and(54.55%);the total satisfaction of the observation group(95.56%) was higher than that of the control group(75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).
