综合急诊护理在妇科肿瘤放化疗致不良反应患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive emergency nursing in patients with adverse reaction caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy for gynecological tumors

目的分析妇科肿瘤放化疗致不良反应患者护理中综合急诊干预的应用价值。方法选取65例进行化疗干预并出现不良反应的妇科肿瘤患者,以随机数字法分观察组(33例)、对照组(32例),对照组予以常规肿瘤护理干预,观察组予以综合急诊护理干预。对比两组干预后不良反应发生率及干预前后生活质量。结果观察组患者恶心呕吐、腹痛、骨髓抑制、阴道出血等的发生率分别为18.18%、6.06%、3.03%、3.03%,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与干预前比,干预后两组患者各项诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)评分明显降低,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科肿瘤化疗致不良反应患者实施综合急诊护理能够提升患者生活质量,缓解不良反应,应用效果更为理想。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive emergency intervention in nursing of patients with adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy of gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 65 gynecological tumor patients who underwent chemotherapy intervention and had adverse reactions were selected and divided into the observation group(33cases)and the control group(32 cases)by random number method.The control group received routine tumor nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive emergency nursing intervention.Incidence of adverse reactions after intervention and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,bone marrow suppression,and vaginal bleeding in the observation group were 18.18%,6.06%,3.03%,and 3.03%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before the intervention,after the intervention,the Nottingham Health Scale(NHP)scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients with adverse reactions caused by gynecological tumor chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate adverse reactions,and the application effect was more ideal.
