全过程优质护理干预在试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的应用

Application of whole-process high-quality nursing intervention in IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer

目的 研究采用全过程优质护理干预对进行试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术患者的作用。方法 选择进行试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术的患者90例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组行传统常规护理,观察组采取全过程优质护理干预,两组均护理至胚胎移植术结束。比较两组护理后生活质量(SF-36)评分,护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及护理后满意度。结果 护理后观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(30.42±0.18)分、(33.67±0.53)分明显低于对照组(43.63±0.57)分、(42.26±0.03)分,满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术患者采用全过程优质护理干预可改善患者不良心理情况,提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of whole-process high-quality nursing intervention on patients undergoing IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. Both groups were nursed until the end of embryo transfer. The scores of quality of life(SF-36) after nursing, the self-rating depression scale(SDS) and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) before and after nursing, and the satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(30.42±0.18) and(33.67±0.53), respectively, significantly lower than those of the control group(43.63±0.57),(42.26±0.03), the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The whole-process high-quality nursing intervention for patients undergoing IVF oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer can improve the patients’ poor psychological condition, improve the patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
