心理护理对改善晚期卵巢癌患者生活质量的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of psychological nursing on improving quality of life of patients with advanced ovarian cancer

目的 探讨心理护理对晚期卵巢癌患者生活质量的改善作用。方法 选择本院收治的晚期卵巢癌患者50例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。予以对照组常规护理,于对照组基础上予以观察组心理护理。比较两组各项指标。结果 护理后观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组;护理后观察组躯体功能、物质功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组;护理后观察组癌因性疲乏总分为(18.73±1.78)分,低于对照组(26.47±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期卵巢癌患者应用心理护理能够有效改善其负性情绪及癌因性疲乏程度,利于生活质量的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the quality of life of patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The differences between the two groups of indicators were compared. Results After nursing, the anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;after nursing, the scores of physical function, material function, psychological function and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;after nursing, the total score of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group was(18.73±1.78), which was lower than that in the control group(26.47±2.65), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with advanced ovarian cancer can effectively improve their negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue, which is conducive to the improvement of their quality of life.
