快速康复外科理念对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者术后康复的影响

Effect of fast recovery surgery concept on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy

目的 探讨分析快速康复外科理念对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者术后康复的影响。方法 选择120例行腹腔镜切除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,以随机数字法分为对照组(60例,接受常规护理)和观察组(60例,接受快速康复外科理念护理)。对比两组患者术后康复情况。结果 观察组患者术后肛门通气时间、离床活动时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组;护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 行腹腔镜切除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者应用快速康复外科理念能够缩短术后恢复时间,降低心理应激反应,减少并发症。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of fast recovery surgery concept on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic resection were selected and randomly divided into the control group(60 cases, receiving routine care) and the observation group(60cases, receiving fast recovery surgery concept nursing). The postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The postoperative anal ventilation time, the time of getting out of bed, the time of first defecation and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group;after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of fast recovery surgery concept in uterine fibroids treated by laparoscopic resection can shorten postoperative recovery time, reduce psychological stress response, and reduce complications.
