阿仑膦酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗围绝经期2型糖尿病骨质疏松的临床研究

Clinical analysis of alendronate sodium combined with Calcid D in the treatment of perimenopause osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes

目的 探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗围绝经期2型糖尿病骨质疏松的效果。方法 选取70例围绝经期2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者,以随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组单用钙尔奇D治疗,研究组联用阿仑膦酸钠治疗。结果 治疗后,研究组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组骨钙素(BGP)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)水平高于对照组,Ⅰ型胶原氨基末端肽(NTx)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5b)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTx)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左侧股骨颈、腰椎(L_(2)、L_(3)、L_(4))、Ward三角区、左侧股骨上端和股骨粗隆骨密度(BMD)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿仑膦酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗围绝经期2型糖尿病骨质疏松效果显著,能够改善骨代谢水平,提高骨密度。

Objective To investigate the effect of alendronate sodium combined with Calcid D in the treatment of perimenopause osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 70 perimenopause osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcidium D alone,and the study group was treated with alendronate sodium.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone Gla-protein(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of C-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of typeⅠcollagen(NTx),Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase isoform 5b(TRACP-5b) and type Ⅰ collagen carboxy-terminal peptide(CTx) in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD levels of left femoral neck,lumbar vertebrae(L_(2),L_(3),L_(4)),Ward triangle,left femoral upper end and femoral trochanter in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alendronate sodium combined with Calcid D has a significant effect on the treatment of perimenopause osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes,which can improve bone metabolism and bone mineral density.
