1-h PG、free-βHCG、SF、TSH与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性分析

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是指在妊娠时期出现或者第一次出现不同程度的糖代谢异常疾病。GDM的发病机制目前尚不明确,可能与胰岛素抵抗、炎症因子、遗传等多种因素有关。本文旨在阐述口服葡萄糖耐量试验餐后1 h血糖(1-h PG)、游离绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(free-βHCG)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)与GDM发生及GDM不良妊娠结局的关系。 Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is a disorder of abnormal glucose metabolism that occurs during pregnancy or for the first time.The pathogenesis of GDM is still unclear,but it may be related to various factors such as insulin resistance,inflammatory factors,and genetics.This article aims to describe the 1-h postprandial blood glucose(1-h PG),free β-human chorionic gonadotropin(free-βHCG),serum ferritin(SF),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) and GDM in oral glucose tolerance test The relationship between the occurrence and adverse pregnancy outcomes of GDM.
