子痫前期患者发生不良妊娠结局的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia

目的 探讨子痫前期患者发生不良妊娠结局的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析255例子痫前期患者的临床资料。根据不良妊娠结局发生情况对255例患者进行分组,分为不良妊娠结局组(73例)、非不良妊娠结局组(182例)。分析影响子痫前期患者发生不良妊娠结局的相关因素。结果 多因素结果显示,发病时间≤30周、入院DBP≥110 mmHg、双胎妊娠、合并胎儿生长受限、血小板<100×10~9/L、24h尿蛋白≥2g/L均为影响患者发生不良妊娠结局的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(OR=2.440,2.128,2.171,2.206,2.063,2.408,2.354,P<0.05)。结论 发病时间≤30周、入院DBP≥110 mmHg、双胎妊娠、合并胎儿生长受限、血小板计数<100×10~9/L、24 h尿蛋白≥2 g/L均为影响子痫前期患者发生不良妊娠结局的危险因素,临床可通过制定相应预防措施以降低不良妊娠结局的发生风险。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.Methods The clinical data of 255 patients with preeclampsia were retrospectively analyzed.According to the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,255 patients were divided into adverse pregnancy outcome group(73 cases) and non-adverse pregnancy outcome group(182 cases).The related factors affecting adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia were analyzed.Results Multi-factor results showed that the onset time ≤30 weeks,admission DBP ≥110 mmHg,twin pregnancy,complicated fetal growth restriction,platelet <100×10~9/L and 24 h urinary protein ≥2 g/L were risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes in puerperae,and the differences were statistically significant(OR=2.440,2.128,2.171,2.206,2.063,2.408,2.354,P<0.05).Conclusion Onset time ≤30 weeks,admission DBP ≥110 mmHg,twin pregnancy,complicated fetal growth restriction,platelets <100×10~9/L,and 24-hour urine protein ≥2 g/L are all factors that affect adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia risk factors,the clinical can reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes by formulating corresponding preventive measures.
