腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿对其卵巢功能的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cyst on ovarian function

目的 分析卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗对其卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取60例卵巢囊肿患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,传统开腹式手术)和研究组(30例,腹腔镜手术)。比较两组术后的治疗有效率、并发症发生率、囊肿清除率及手术前后的卵巢功能指标。结果 研究组治疗总有效率、囊肿清除率相比于对照组更高,并发症发生率更低;与术前比,术后两组患者血清雌二醇(E_(2))水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,血清促卵泡激素(FSH)水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术应用于卵巢囊肿患者,可提升临床治疗效果和囊肿清除率,减少并发症发生,改善机体的性激素水平,促进卵巢功能的恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian function in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovarian cysts were selected and randomly divided into the control group(30 cases,traditional open surgery) and the study group(30 cases,laparoscopic surgery) according to the random number table method.The postoperative efficacy rate,complication rate,cyst clearance rate after surgery,and ovarian function indexes before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and cyst clearance rate of the study group were obviously higher,and the incidence of complications was obviously lower than that of the control group;compared with before surgery,the serum estradiol(E_(2)) levels of the two groups decreased after surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) level increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in patients with ovarian cysts can improve the clinical treatment effect and cyst clearance rate,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the body’s sex hormone levels,and promote the recovery of ovarian function.
