子宫内膜异位症诊断中彩色多普勒超声与CT的诊断价值对比

Comparison of diagnostic value between color Doppler ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of endometriosis

目的 对比与分析子宫内膜异位症(EMS)诊断中彩色多普勒超声与电子计算机断层扫描(CT)的诊断价值。方法 选择86例疑似子宫内膜异位症患者,所有患者都给予彩色多普勒超声与CT检查,记录影像学特征,将67例病理确诊为子宫内膜异位症患者分为异位组,9例正常者分为正常组,比较两组患者彩色多普勒超声特征、CT特征以及彩色多普勒超声与CT的诊断价值。结果 在异位组的宫腔积液、内膜回声增强、内膜形态不规则、子宫增大等超声特征占比明显高于正常组;异位组的分叶征、锯齿征、毛刺征、空泡征等CT特征占比明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声与CT诊断子宫内膜异位症的敏感性分别为95.52%、94.03%,特异性分别为88.89%、100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症诊断中彩色多普勒超声与CT的应用都具有很高的敏感性与特异性,能有效反映病灶的血流特征与形态特征,具有很好的应用价值。

Objective Comparison and analysis of the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography and computed tomography(CT) in the diagnosis of endometriosis(EMS).Methods A total of 86 patients with suspected endometriosis were selected.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and CT,and the imaging features were recorded.67 patients diagnosed with endometriosis were divided into ectopic group,9 normal patients were divided into normal group.The characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography,CT features and the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography and CT were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of ultrasonic features in ectopic group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P0.05).Conclusions The application of color Doppler ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of endometriosis has high sensitivity and specificity.It can effectively reflect the blood flow characteristics and morphological characteristics of the focus,and has good application value.
