助产责任制护理联合自由体位分娩对初产妇焦虑情绪及分娩控制能力的影响

Effects of midwifery responsibility nursing combined with free position delivery on anxiety and delivery control ability of primipara

目的 分析助产责任制护理联合自由体位分娩措施对初产妇焦虑情绪及分娩控制能力的影响程度。方法 选取60例初产妇,以随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组予以助产轮班制护理,观察组予以助产责任制护理联合自由体位分娩措施,两组均护理至出院。比较两组产妇视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、分娩控制量表(DCS)评分、产后2 h出血量、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及产程时间。结果 观察组产妇的VAS评分、SAS、 SDS评分和产后2 h出血量低于对照组,DCS评分高于对照组,各产程时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在护理初产妇的过程中,对产妇使用助产责任制护理联合自由体位分娩措施能够改善产妇的负面情绪,降低产妇的疼痛程度,提升产妇的分娩控制能力,缩短产妇的产程。

Objective To analyze the effect of midwifery responsibility nursing combined with free position delivery measures on anxiety and delivery control ability of primiparas.Methods 60 primiparas were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received midwifery shift nursing,and the observation group received midwifery responsibility nursing combined with free position delivery measures.Maternal visual analogue scale(VAS) score,delivery control scale(DCS) score,postpartum hemorrhage volume in 2 hours,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) score,self-rating depression scale(SDS) score were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) score,self-rating depression scale(SDS) score and 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the DCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group The duration of each stage of labor were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing primipara,the use of midwifery responsibility nursing combined with free position delivery measures can improve maternal negative emotions,reduce maternal pain,improve maternal labor control,and shorten the labor process.
