Application value of eugenic health care service for advanced age pregnant women under the adjustment of fertility policy

目的 探析生育政策调整下对高龄备孕妇女实施优生保健服务的应用价值。方法 选取本院40例高龄备孕妇女,采用随机数字表法分组,每组20例,对照组未实施优生保健服务,仅进行常规孕前检查,观察组采取优生保健服务,对两组护理前后抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、生活质量综合评定量表以及满意度评分进行比较。结果 护理后,观察组抑郁和焦虑评分比对照组低,观察组生活质量评分较对照组高,服务满意度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生育政策调整下,优生保健服务在高龄备孕妇女护理中应用效果明显,能够改善高龄备孕妇女生活质量和心理状态。

Objective To explore the application value of eugenic health care services for elderly pregnant women under the adjustment of fertility policy.Methods 40 pregnant women in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group did not receive eugenic health care service but only received routine pre-pregnancy examination,while the observation group received eugenic health care service.The self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,comprehensive quality of life scale and satisfaction score before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,The service satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the adjustment of fertility policy,the application of eugenics health care service in the nursing of elderly pregnant women has obvious effect,which can improve the quality of life and psychological state of elderly pregnant women.
